Due to the global Coronavirus pandemic, on March 10 Contra Costa Health Services recommended cancelling or postponing community events greater than 50 people. Because of this, the FSAA has decided to cancel the March 21 Crab Feed.
We are saddened to have to cancel. The Crab Feed is one of the FSAA's most popular events. But, due to the seasonality of crab, it is not possible to simply reschedule. We look forward to holding it again next year.
Thank you to everyone who had already purchased tickets. We will be issuing full refunds this week. If you purchased tickets from an FSAA board member or volunteer, please try to contact them or send us an email to arrange a refund. If you purchased tickets online, no action is necessary. You should automatically be issued a refund sometime this week.

Please, also consider donating a ticket to help some of our fellows attend who may not otherwise be able to due to financial difficulties. Put on your costume and come join us for our annual FSAA Halloween Party! The event will include a costume contest for both children and adults, bingo, and a Día de los Muertos inspired potluck featuring tacos and enchiladas!
The event is Saturday, Oct. 26 from 6 PM to 9 PM at John Muir Center for Recovery at 4080 Port Chicago Hwy. in Concord. Tickets will be $10 at the door and will include bingo cards.
